Delete Your Data

This page covers the personal data JaiVictor Agro collects, and how you can ask us to delete it. If you'd rather close your account entirely, see Delete Your Account instead.

Data we collect

• Profile information — name, email address, phone number, and a profile photo if you choose to add one.
• Delivery addresses — the addresses you save for shipping your orders.
• Order information — the products, quantities and delivery status of orders you place.
• Location — only if you use the "use my current location" option at checkout, to help fill in your delivery address; this is not stored beyond what's needed to complete that address.

How to request deletion

Submit the form below, or email/call us directly, telling us what you'd like deleted. We verify the request against the account on file and complete it within 30 days.

Invoices for completed orders are an exception: Indian tax law requires us to retain them for a fixed number of years regardless of a deletion request. Where that applies, the record is kept only for that required period and is not used for anything else.
