Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your JaiVictor Agro account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains exactly what happens, and lets you submit a deletion request directly.

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with the name, email or phone number registered on your account.
2. We verify the request matches the account on file.
3. Your account and the data listed below are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

You can also email or call us directly using the details at the bottom of this page — you don't have to use the form.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your account login and profile photo, if any
• Your order and cart history, as far as legally possible — see below

What we're required to keep, and why

Indian tax and business record-keeping law requires invoices for completed orders to be retained for a fixed number of years, even after an account is deleted. Where this applies, the invoice record is kept for that legally required period only, and is not used for anything else once your account is deleted — it is not linked back to a live, usable account.
